The openings in the stator case serve key purposes, including mounting the variable stator vanes that adjust airflow angles for efficient operation at varying speeds. Other ports allow for maintenance access, airflow management, or the installation of sensors to monitor conditions like pressure and temperature, ensuring the engine's performance and reliability.
